Digital Money Management Increased Adoption with Deeper Integrations
Affinity Federal Credit Union, the largest credit union headquartered in New Jersey, wanted to increase adoption of its MX-powered money management tools, which were difficult for members to find in its online platform. Low visibility led to limited engagement and insights. To solve this, Affinity embedded MX widgets in more prominent locations online and later expanded to mobile, making the tools easier to access. Within six months, engagement and external account connections grew significantly, with a 23% increase in users aggregating external accounts, a 22% rise in total users, and a 26% increase in external accounts added.
