NIKA is part of an integrated design-build and developer team working toward the construction of a 65,000 square foot primary care clinic for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The project, which sits on a 20.55 acre site in Central Florida, includes complete development of the site, including 482 parking spaces, perimeter access control, service roads, engineered detention ponds, and landscaping. The project will allow for comprehensive services for outpatient medical care to veterans. This single-story, L-shaped building is organized into multiple clinics using the PACT care service model.
