Dartmouth Foods Background Dartmouth Foods are a producer and supplier of smoked meats to the UK market. Their two factories are surrounded by some of the UK’s most beautiful scenery and Dartmouth Foods prides itself on its environmental credentials. As a result of their daily activities the fats, oils and greases (FOG) produced were putting a heavy strain on the sewerage infrastructure near the company’s site. South West Water asked them to install a system that could aid this FOG removal and therefore reduce the strain put on the local sewerage.
