As part of their redevelopment of a listed Victorian building into prestige residential accommodation, Crest Homes wanted to provide an Attendant’s Kiosk to control vehicular and pedestrian access to the site. Local planning restrictions stated that a modern style of kiosk was unacceptable, so a suitable alternative to costly and time-consuming traditional building methods had to be found.
