FOCUS ON Attractive and Functional Litter Bins For Problem Identified North Lanarkshire Council wanted to update their provision of litter containers in Drumpellier Country Park, Coatbridge. They were looking for a product that would enhance the natural surroundings and co-ordinate with other features already in place, such as benches and fencing. There were also problems with the existing open-topped litter bins as wildlife in the park, including swans and seagulls, were able to get inside the bins and remove rubbish. This created litter problems throughout the park, making the area look untidy.
