It is a very diverse and fast-growing area that currently boasts approximately 83,000 residents. When Mary Ann Haskins, HR and support services director for the City of John’s Creek, Georgia, was tasked to take on the human resources team for a fairly new city, she knew she would have to work on creating a solution from the ground up that would be as amenable and unique as the needs of the city employees and the city itself.
