Xerox ® manages the Xerox Print Center for the County of San Diego. While the organization had a Web-to-Print solution in place, it was diffi cult for users to understand, resulting in the Print Center having to enter jobs into the system. In addition, with the existing platform it was diffi cult – if not impossible – to acquire needed billing reports from the system. The Print Center was looking to address these issues with a new solution. The Print Center selected EFI TM Digital StoreFront ® Web-to-Print software to meet its online ordering needs, to make it easier for users to enter their own jobs into the system, to easily acquire needed billing reports, and to drive work seamlessly to its fl eet of Xerox color and black and white digital presses.
