ConocoPhillips Bayu Undan Project
ConocoPhillips Bayu Undan Project Joint Production Development Area, Australia JDR has delivered 29 km of umbilicals to ConocoPhillips for Phase 3 of the Bayu Undan development project. The umbilicals were produced from JDR’s facility in Hartlepool, UK. Bayu-Undan is a gas and condensate field located offshore approximately 500km north-west of Darwin in the Timor Sea, and 250km south of East Timor. The field is located on a 160km2 structure, in approximately 80m of water depth. ConocoPhillips operates the project and holds a 56.94% working interest. Partners are ENI, Santos, Inpex, Tokyo Electric Power and Tokyo Gas. Commercial production began in April 2004, delivering 115,000bpd of condensate and LPG through a gas recycle scheme.
