The AHU typically comprises fans, filters, humidifiers and a cooling coil. In addition to further reduced the energy consumption of the AHU, a low resistance by-pass duct to avoid any air treatment equipment (i.e. cooling coils, etc.) to reduce resistance during the free-cooling modes. Depending upon climatic conditions, warm dry environment conditions, the AHU would deploy the use an adiabatic component, normally water sprays to cool the external air before it is supplied into the hall.
