ENERGY SMART SCHOOLS Clark County School Distrct's LED Portable Upgrade Clark County School District constructed 80 new portables with LED lighting and occupancy sensors. Working with NV Energy’s Energy Smart Schools t eam, they upgraded from their standard T8 fluorescent lamps to WaveStream LED troffers that use nearly half the wattage. This LED system is highly efficient, with advanced optical design that delivers light uniformly. It is an ideal choice for commercial interiors, especially schools.
