City of Encinitas Coastal Mobility and Livability Study Connected Participants Project Scope Key Analytics The City of Encinitas launched its Coastal Mobility and Livability Study (CMLS) to collect feedback on creating a vision for the City’s coastal corridor and improving the City’s active (bicycle and pedestrian) transportation network. The CMLS unites and creates common goals for three studies: the Active Transportation Plan, Parking Study, and Rail Corridor Vision Study. Encinitas was able to leverage Placespeak’s unique location-based technology to determine the priorities and concerns of residents in its five communities.
