City of Calgary Multi-Family Recycling Strategy Connected Participants Project Scope The City of Calgary invited residents living in apartments, condos, and multi-family residences to help evaluate different recyling strategies in these types of buildings. The City of Calgary proposed 3 future recycling options including: a bylaw mandating recycling, a city co-ordinated privately serviced program, or a city co-ordinated mix of private and public collection services. By using Placespeak, the City of Calgary was able to host discussions for each strategy and receive additional suggestions and ideas from residents.
