Citrix expanded access to its cloud-based Demo Center so more prospects could test Citrix solutions for longer than 24 hours, but needed to do this without compromising security or performance across four global data centers running Windows servers and Windows 10 virtual desktops on Citrix Hypervisor. To defend against advanced targeted attacks, Citrix deployed Bitdefender GravityZone Security for Virtualized Environments alongside Hypervisor Introspection (HVI), managed from a single console, adding hypervisor-level protection that remains isolated from in-guest threats. Citrix reports reaching twice as many users, maintaining 99.99% uptime and strong performance, avoiding added hardware costs, and achieving a 100% success rate blocking intrusion attempts.
