Chicago Teachers Union Foundation Headquarters Chicago, Illinois The Chicago Teachers Union Foundation’s (CTUF) new headquarters located near the heart of downtown Chicago, allowed consolidation of the membership services and operations into one new location, including secure, on-site parking for sta? and visitors. The 100,000 SF building, completed in 2017, includes a new meeting hall which can accommodate 800 people for monthly meetings, and space where Quest Education could provide training and certi?cations. To achieve the needs of the CTUF, the existing brick building on W. Carroll Ave was gutted and reconstructed from the inside, requiring the design and construction team to consider existing space limitations and other obstructions.
