Charter School Classroom Complex Baltimore, MD The Challenge An existing customer urgently required eight additional class- rooms. They wanted a turnkey installation inclusive of permits, utility connections, ADA ramps and a new modular building. The Solution Modular Genius, Inc. moved forward with permit drawings and expedited the permit service in the spring of 2018.
