centre:mk, Former British Home Stores (BHS) Rolton Group are appointed to provide civil, mechanical and electrical engineering services in support of the refurbishment and reconfiguration of an existing Major Shop Unit (MSU) at centre:mk, which used to house retail giant BHS. This is one of many projects that have either been carried out or are ongoing with our team at centre:mk, working collaboratively with a familiar and trusted project team including Leslie Jones Architecture and Currie & Brown. This project will make way for new inward tenant of the major retail unit, Primark, who require a 75,000ft 2 space – the largest single letting at centre:mk for the past 25 years.
