In Vienna, the organisation numbers some 80,0000 members and answers about 40,0000 queries per year. Every sixth consultation takes place as a face-to-face meeting at the head office in Vienna's 4th precinct. Since the Chamber of Labour could no longer accommodate the constantly rising number of consultations in its old buil- ding, a construction project was started in summer 2006.
