Haleon implemented autonomous inventory-tracking drones from Verity in one of its South African warehouses and saw dramatic improvements in supply-chain performance. The drones performed frequent, fully automated inventory checks, which sharply reduced manual counting effort, eliminated many human errors, and improved real-time visibility into stock levels. As a result, Haleon boosted on-time, in-full delivery performance to above 95% and achieved roughly 99.8% inventory accuracy. The case study shows how drone automation can strengthen reliability, efficiency, and overall warehouse productivity.
