The project involved laying the resin ooring, screed, membrane and drainage for above ground construction. Complex fall patterns were introduced to aid drainage to the gullies from the cleaning and pasteurising equipment. The oor drainage gullies were cast into new concrete, before the liquid waterproof membrane Masterseal M861 membrane was laid. Specic sealing details were supplied for applying a seal around the oor gullies. The stainless steel channels were installed to suit the layout
