Case Study Cambrian Boat Centre Cambrian Way, Swansea Cambrian Boat Centre The Cambrian Boat Centre building, which is located directly on the seafront of Swansea harbour, had severe weather damage to the sand stone window and door surrounds. Southern Concrete Services were set the challenge with Remmers to reinstate the building to its former glory. The first stage of the project was to clean the facade of the building using Remmers Rotec blast cleaning system. The Rotec system is specifically designed for this kind of fragile cleaning. The blast medium is swirled up into a vortex making the blast medium skip across the surface being cleaned as opposed to directly hitting the surface.
