Brief Danish hospital complex placed two large format external LCD digital sign displays at the venue entrances to help visitors to nd their way around the complex and connect to help desk if necessary. Situation analysis People visiting are usually stressed out and facility management of CALL CENTER, INFORMATION RECEPTION DESK AND WAYFINDINGBispebjerg Hospital wanted to enhance visitor experience and ease their way around the area.
