The Challenge: The overall aim was to make The Town Hall a place for local people and groups to meet and work, providing a range of services and activities for businesses and visitors. To make this possible, The Town Hall required suitable IT facilities to meet a range of needs. Broadband in the area is poor and costs had to be kept to a minimum, but extensive, reliable WiFi, a practical telephone system and a secure tenant network were all vital. Client Profile: The Town Hall in Hebden Bridge, near Halifax, is a stunning building that had been underused and neglected.
