MLM Bridge No. 1086, Spring Road Viaduct, Ipswich MLM were appointed to carry out a principal inspection of the high 3 span masonry arch structure on Spring Road in Ipswich and provide GRIP Stage 4 and 5 designs for masonry, waterproofing and drainage repairs. The inspection was carried out from a mobile platform, under pre- arranged lane closures, including inspection of the abutments, piers, arch rings, spandrels, parapets and drainage.
