SOLUTION The leasing team had to negotiate a partial lease termination to facilitate the tenant’s need for expansion due to the addition of a new business unit. Without the partial lease termination of another tenant, Branch Banking & Trust would have had to relocate. Branch Banking & Trust expanded and extended their lease.
