Marmion Road with Tuntum Housing Association Starfish worked alongside Tuntum HA to deliver 26 new homes at Marmion Road, Nottingham. Challenge: Starfish Commercial was commissioned by Tuntum Housing Association and NCHA to repurpose under-utilised land, in order to cater for this specific sustainable housing need. The development had to provide a mix of housing tenures, to accommodate a range of residential needs. Solution: - To build 26 high-quality sustainable homes. A mix of 16 two-bedroom houses, 6 three-bedroom houses and 4 one- bedroom flats. - 8 of the 26 homes were built specifically for the purpose of shared ownership.
