The school consists of a number of buildings around the site and since its development, further improvements to the roof have been needed. The roof is mainly covered in asphalt, however, newer parts of the roof consist of a felt substrate. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS Some of the felt and asphalt roofs were failing, thus allowing water to penetrate into the buildings, this was causing damage to the interior walls and decor.
