After successfully gaining planning permission, the site was sold to Harrow Estates plc who engaged PBA to design and develop a complex ground improvement scheme to enable the development of 250 new homes. PBA provided a multidisciplinary approach to deliver innovative solutions to transport planning to secure the development. By defining a sustainable transport strategy, PBA ensured the site was accessible by bicycle, foot and public transport from key destinations, unlocking access to and around this former quarry site.
