Bexleyheath Shopping Mall, which was part of the Capital & Regional Plc. The project was undertaken whilst the shopping was open and therefore no loss of trade. Due to the large voids within the centre, Hatmet installed smoke columns and smoke venting which required Brimlow McSweeney Architects to design around the fire strategy and existing structures.
