Case Study Located on St Peter’s Road, Bournemouth, Berry Court is a new build residential development recently completed by Morgan Sindall. The development replaces an underused car park with 113 one, two and three bedroom apartments. SPSenvirowall specified 3,500m2 of its TS Rail system with 150mm EPS for its suitability for buildings over 18 meters. BBA certified and fire tested, the TS Rail system, installed by Square 1, was ideal for this contemporary development and produced a u-value calculation of 0.16. Completed in May 2018, the development is sympathetic to the Art Deco Heritage of Bournemouth brought to life by the attractive curved fea- ture of the building which was achieved by the hard work and skill of the contractor, working to curves using the SPSenvirowall system
