A 350-bed teaching hospital struggled with years of dropped calls and poor support from its SIP provider. After evaluating alternatives, they chose BCM One’s mSIP solution, gaining higher QoS, a dedicated on-site SBC, full redundancy with a backup DIA circuit, and more than 10,000 DIDs. Instead of paying for 600 trunks across two sites, mSIP’s multisite trunk sharing let them share 300 trunks with no charge for backup capacity, significantly reducing costs. The hospital now receives responsive engineering and project support as they continue enhancing their Cisco PBX environment.
