A global law firm with nearly 900 attorneys across 27 locations needed to modernize its voice system while meeting strict requirements for quality, reliability, security, and E911 support. BCM One delivered mSIP with 50 SIP trunks per data center and 3,000 DIDs, integrated with Cisco Call Manager and running over a private MPLS network to ensure QoS and reduce latency. The design enabled automatic failover and provided visibility into disaster recovery and E911 configurations. The firm consolidated all U.S. voice services under BCM One, gaining a single provider, streamlined administration, and a long-term strategic partner.
