Bayer partnered with IQVIA to harmonize global healthcare data using the Human Data Science Cloud (HDSC), addressing challenges of fragmented, country-level datasets. By integrating CRM and third-party data into a cloud-based platform with Snowflake Data Marketplace, Bayer reduced “landing” data time from 100 to 20 hours, enabled same-day change requests, and achieved real-time access without transferring large files. This improved security, data integrity, and agility in global operations. The system supports advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI, scaling quickly across regions while meeting privacy requirements like GDPR.
