The Challenge - To bring a small gold company from exploration to production on a tight budget in a remote location with demanding weather conditions. Halyard Scope - Phase I, 2013: EPCM retrofitting, commissioning and assistance with the operationsof a Dense Media Separation Plant (DMS) for gold bearing ore pre-concentration. Phase II, 2014: Project Management, EPCM and Commissioning of a new Ball Mill, Flotation and Filtration circuits.
