Previously, Axpo's fragmented ERP landscape caused inefficiencies. The October 2023 go-live introduced standardized systems like ProTime for digital expense reporting, Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for seamless invoice processing, and Ariba Guided Buying for digital procurement. A new trading interface enhanced energy trading. Supported by organizational change management, the implementation impacted 920 employees, improving efficiency, visibility, and decision-making while modernizing Axpo's business.
