Automating consumer insights for a global entertainment production company
Each month, the consumer insights team at a global entertainment company collects feedback about the shows their company produces. They use the feedback to gauge public reception of the shows prior to release, understand what drives viewership of each show, and to identify scenes that might trigger backlash from viewers. However, the team’s existing process – manually reading the survey responses– is slow and labor-intensive. They needed a new way to quickly and accurately find insights within the data to be able to impact the direction of each show.
