The terminal is a leading mixed cargo operator with multiple facilities handling various cargo at approximately 70% import vehicles, 20% break bulk (steel, timber, pulp & bulk product) and 10% containers. They also provide a range of terminal services like storage options, quarantine and fumigation, visibility technology, and supply chain solution integration services. Challenges: As the terminal grew its operations and offered more types of cargo handling, they needed to replace their old TOS that could not handle RORO operations and non-co
