Each blockage required a site visit by two engineers and at least one hour of down time for the system whilst the blockage was cleared. APDS's Solution APDS recommended inverters and Intelligent Pump Control. The control software initiated a cleaning cycle on start up to reduce the risk of blockages and the solution delivered energy saving benefits too. The Full Story APDS offered a trial period, where Jersey Water had the solution installed temporarily to enable them to monitor the benefits. During the 2 month trial there were no call outs for engineers to the site and a 47% reduction
