The new counter not only offers improved ergonomic features for employees and customers, but accommodates new IS technologies for the rail service, ticket reservation and boarding pass printing. In the new layout, Amtrak selected a custom QtracCF call forward system to handle the increased passenger traffic that the station has experienced in recent years.
