Borealis helped Hydro One amp up reporting and stakeholder management by providing fit-for-purpose software used across Indigenous Relations, Environmental Programs & Approvals, Customer Care, and Community Relations teams. Since then, over 120 users have relied on Borealis to centralize engagement data, track interactions with 88 First Nations communities and other stakeholders, and support regulatory reporting tied to installing and maintaining transmission lines—improving transparency, coordination, and accountability across Ontario’s largest electricity transmission and distribution provider.
