Ambitious Renovation Wins MIPIM Award Case Study: Madou T ower capital with 40,000 m2 of prime office space. The building’s renovation was undertaken by main contractors Herpain/ Strabag to a design by architects ASSAR and Archi 2000. During the renovation, 8,000 square metres of office space was added to the original 32,000 square metres, and a spectacular 13-storey high atrium was added. The atrium allows natural light to flood the offices on the lower floors and acts as a communications hub for the rest of the building.
