At 34 storeys and 120 metres tall, the Madou Plaza’s renewal is one of the most ambitious ever undertaken in Belgium and is the winner of the prestigious MIPIM Award in the Refurbished Buildings category. The Madou Plaza, which was originally completed in 1965, provides the Belgian capital with 40,000 m2 of prime offi ce space.
