Challenge Pacific Building were contracted to complete an extensive makeover at the All Bar One brasserie in Edinburgh, which is operated by restaurant and bar chain Mitchells Butlers plc, whose annual turnover from 1600 outlets runs to nearly £2billion. All Bar One has been trading from its high-profile and prestigious location on George Street for a number of years, and the time had come to give it a refresh, not just to update some of the features but to ensure its appearance was in keeping with M&B’s prescribed corporate image. Furthermore, the project had to be completed within an extremely tight three-week time frame.
