We surveyed the condition of the roof and designed and specified an appropriate solution with a selected product supplier, SIKA. Key issues on this project also related to safe working on the roof and the ongoing security of the store during the works to the roof. We specified specially designed scaffolding to ensure full edge protection with access towers removed out of working hours. The valleys were reformed in timber and a SIKA waterproofing system, Decothane was applied
