LEISURE COMMERCIAL CASE STUDY AIR CANADA HEATHROW CONTRACT DESCRIPTION ISG were appointed by the Employer to fit out the CIP airline lounge at the site under a JCT Standard Building Contract, 2011 form of contract. COSTING £2.5 BILLION TO BUILD, TERMINAL 2 OPENED IN 2014 AND IS KNOWN AS THE QUEEN’S TERMINAL. ST1 CONSULTING ACTIVITIES ST1 provided assistance in preparing the Final Account documentation on behalf of our client, with all associated substantiation, which was followed through to completion. This process was carried out while working closely with both our client’s team and the ultimate client’s representatives.
