Beginning in January 2023, BCD worked with the company to address its global and local travel needs, consolidating its program, implementing new technology, and training staff to drive compliance and savings. Key outcomes included increased adoption of the online booking tool (OBT), better hotel and airfare management, streamlined processes, and improved reporting. Over six months, the company saw significant savings on hotel rates, airfares, and transaction fees, with more than 63,000 bookings made under the new program.
