Managing over 120 communities across the southern and southwestern United States, Capital Consultants Management Corporation (CCMC) needed to find a way to increase the efficiencies of its accounts payable processes. Invoices were sent by vendors to either the community locations or main offices in Texas and Arizona. When invoices arrived at the corporate office, they would be divided by community.
