Abbey Primary School, Mansfield. Abbey Primary School in Manseld required two separate areas of playground equipment for dierent age groups, and therefore dierent abilities of pupils. The school decided to use Hand Made Places for both areas so that the school’s equipment showed cohesion. The areas, though somewhat dierent, did have similarities, meaning that as children move up the school there will be a consistency to their play apparatus.Both areas had trim trails installed, however Hand Made Places worked with the school to ensure that the dierent trim trails suited the age group and ability of those pupils that it was targeted towards.
