We were approached by two of their offices to support their transaction advisory team with due diligence support. Their usual clients are either the buying- or selling-side who require transaction advisory or due diligence services. In this context, we were helping them with various activities of financial due diligence, which included deal-tool preparation, individual analysis, and base data consolidation for further analysis related to the target company.
