In 2020, Capgemini introduced the Magic Wand, a macro-based automation tool, to streamline booklet production by automating text updates and minimizing manual input. This reduced errors, accelerated production, and simplified training for new employees, bringing the company closer to its 60-day target for distributing benefit booklets.
