Accor Group, a global hospitality leader with over 260,000 employees and 5,000 hotels, is undergoing a significant HR transformation by consolidating its payroll systems through ADP GlobalView® and Celergo®. This shift from managing more than 40 disparate local payroll systems to a unified global solution aims to enhance payroll accuracy, efficiency, and employee satisfaction across 30 countries. The project, starting with France, the UK, and China, is set to complete by 2025. The transformation is critical for addressing high turnover rates in the hospitality industry and ensuring timely and transparent payroll processing, which was a major factor in convincing Accor’s leadership to undertake this comprehensive global change.
